This offering includes a diagnostics document which includes key points from our conversations, links to relevant resources, personalized worksheets, exercises and/or journal prompts.

Every couple is deserving of a relationship that is mutually fulfilling. This offering is for couples who have a shared goal in mind, including (but not limited to!): looking to open up, fortifying relationship foundations, repairing after infidelity, keeping the spark alive after having babies, rebuilding intimacy and/or improving how to parent well together. This offering includes a 50minute chat as well as a personalized action plan with recommended resources, individualized homework assignments and concrete next steps to accomplish your relationship goals while still staying in touch with yourself.
