How I Work

My unique method has been developed over the past decade, rooted in real attunement and a judgment-free space where you can reconnect to your body and say the quiet parts out loud. From there, we explore what those desires are really trying to tell you— and build the tools you need to get you there through playful experiments, embodied practice, and gentle but direct inquiry.

This is the step beyond therapy—where we stop circling the story and start moving through it, with your body as the guide.

Ready for a new chapter? I help couples bring more imagination to their relationships—whether you're opening up, reigniting your sex life, or updating your agreements to reflect who you are now.
